As a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist for the CVRM Primary Care Team in Albuquerque - New Mexico, you will play a crucial role in leveraging our scientific capabilities to positively impact patients' lives!

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and demonstrate knowledge of clinical disease states and current treatment guidelines to optimally support healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate product information clearly and optimally to healthcare professionals, highlighting value and benefits of products.
  • Complete call plans and Brand Strategies by translating data to actionable insights, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to find opportunities, support development of insightful and actionable business plans that effectively achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and nurture relationships and build credibility with Primary Care healthcare professionals to effectively position products.
  • Leverage multiple channels including digital platforms and face-to-face engagements to drive meaningful customer interactions, increasing product awareness and facilitating adoption.
  • Collaborate effectively with territory teammates, district partners, and functional teams to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales efforts across the territory.
  • Adapt to and demonstrate thorough knowledge of the AZ Selling Model, ensuring alignment with organizational selling strategies.
  • Be open to receiving guidance and actively seek insights for personal and professional growth, continually enhancing sales effectiveness.

This position is 100% field based.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 - 5+ years of demonstrated Pharmaceutical Sales or B2B, or Commercial experience
  • A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience selling to general practitioners (GPs) and primary care centers
  • New Mexico Health Systems (familiarity with following key health systems: Presbyterian, Optum and Lovelace)
  • In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and primary care operations
